November first season

A mixed month with a terrible end. I am particuarly disappointed with the 3-0 defeat to Watford. Despite the negative i did beat Coventry 4-1 in a thrilling encounter. I did also get 2 draws. In the league i did slip into 3rd which is disappointing as i am aiming for 2nd to gain automatic promotion.

October first season

Good results as i lie in 2nd place behind Wolves. I am particuarlly pleased with the three ocassions were i scored 4 goals. An then a good 2-1 result against Reading was enjoyable especially as they have a media prediction of 2nd. Although i had good results i did lose to Burnley in a match i did deserve to win (honestly). Their keeper did keep them in the game with a man of the match award and a rating of 8.7.

September first season

A disappointing month with 2 league defeats and a league cup defeat to Newcastle. I am dismayed at the loss to Doncaster, as only one player, James Hayter, dominated the entire game scoring twice. Stephen Carr is now out injured, even though he starts he has been a poor signing. I do hope to aquire a new right back in the January transfer window but i am restricted in money with only 1m left from Summer.

August First Season

A good August with 5 wins from 6. I am particuarlly pleased with the pleased with the 1-0 win against local rivals Sheffield Wednesday. I struggled to score against Swansea despite dominating every aspect of the game. Sebastian Abreu is my top league scorer with two goals and he has a good average rating of 7.26.

New signing

Carlos Díaz a good solid cheap central defender.I signed alot of defenders as this is a position i like to keep strong as i like to have a quality spine in my team.

Gobsmacked

This game made me fear whether or not my team is good enough. I am posting a single game post due to its disappointment. I was gomsmacked when i finished this game and wasn't sure how to react with Gary Naysmith, Matthew Kilgallon and Billy Sharp all scoring within the rating of 5.

This may be because that my two main strikers Sebastien Abreu and James Beattie both out for one month >:( .

Transfers

Quite busy in the transfer market. Ross Turnbull signed as a backup to my current keeper Paddy Kenny. Also Sebastien Abreu signed on a free which is a good signing (thanks Mike). Georginio Winjnaldum signed for a very cheap deal from my parent club Feyenoord. Selling a few players for cheap was to lower my wage expenditure. Phillippe Christanval was a good signing as he provides good back up to my current back two. Mark Beevers is a very exciting transfer for his potential. Carlos Valdes is andother back up central defender and he was snapped up for very cheap. Stephen Carr and Ferrie Bodde are very good signings as they were both cheap and are both contendors for a first team place.
